This Cookie Policy explains how Relynk Inc. ("Relynk", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at relynk.org and within our operational intelligence platform. This policy describes what cookies are, which cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control or disable them.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device when you visit a website or use a web-based application. They are widely used by website operators to make websites work more efficiently, to provide functionality, and to supply information to website owners about how their sites are used.
Cookies serve several core purposes:
Cookies can be classified by their origin (first-party vs. third-party), their duration (session vs. persistent), and their purpose (essential, analytics, functional, or marketing).
First-party cookies are set by Relynk directly on your device when you visit our site. Third-party cookies are set by service providers or partners whose technology we embed in our website, such as analytics tools or payment processors.
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (or until manually deleted) and are re-activated each time you visit the site that created them.
We categorize the cookies we use into four types, each serving a distinct purpose:
Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of our website and platform. Without these cookies, services like account login, session management, and security controls would not function. Because they are technically required, they cannot be disabled through our cookie preference center.
Essential cookies enable:
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website and platform. The data they collect is aggregated and anonymized â€" we cannot identify individual users from this data. This information helps us improve page layout, content, and platform features based on real usage patterns.
Analytics cookies collect:
Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. You may decline analytics cookies through our cookie consent banner without affecting core functionality.
Performance cookies monitor the technical performance of our website and platform. They help us detect errors, measure page load times, and identify bottlenecks in platform responsiveness. This data is used by our engineering team to improve infrastructure reliability and speed.
Performance cookies collect:
Functional cookies enable enhanced features and personalization that improve your experience but are not strictly essential. They remember choices you make to provide a more personalized experience.
Functional cookies remember:
In addition to cookies set directly by Relynk, our website and platform may contain technologies from third-party providers. These third parties may set their own cookies on your device when you interact with content or features provided by them.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregated, anonymized data about website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to track sessions, page views, and user behavior.
We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, which means your full IP address is never stored by Google. We have also disabled data sharing with Google products and services. Google processes Analytics data under a data processing agreement as required by GDPR.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Our payment processing pages use Stripe, Inc. to handle subscription payments and billing. Stripe sets cookies and uses browser fingerprinting for fraud prevention, payment security, and compliance with PCI-DSS requirements. These cookies are active only on payment-related pages and are essential for secure transaction processing.

Our support and customer success tools may set functional cookies to maintain the state of support conversations and identify returning visitors who have previously submitted support inquiries. These cookies allow our support team to provide context-aware assistance without requiring you to re-explain your issue.
Relynk does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not partner with advertising networks or data brokers. No information about your activity on our website is shared with advertising platforms for the purpose of targeting you with advertisements.

Note: Cookie names and durations may change as we update our platform. This table reflects cookies in use as of the date of this policy.
You have several options for controlling how cookies are set and used on your device. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website and platform.
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You can use this banner to accept or decline non-essential cookie categories (analytics, performance, and functional). Your preference is stored in an essential cookie (rl_cookie_consent) for 12 months. You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.
Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Relynk platform and using core functionality. Disabling analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the platform but will prevent us from collecting anonymous usage data. Disabling functional cookies will prevent the platform from remembering your preferences, requiring you to reconfigure settings on each visit.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. Currently, there is no universally agreed-upon technical standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and the DNT specification has not been widely adopted.
At present, Relynk does not alter its data collection or use practices in response to browser DNT signals. We will continue to monitor the development of any formal DNT standard and will update this policy accordingly if a standard is established and adopted.
If you wish to prevent tracking, we recommend using the browser cookie controls described in Section 5 of this policy, or installing a browser privacy extension of your choice.
In addition to cookies, we may use local storage (HTML5 localStorage and sessionStorage) within our platform to store user interface state, session data, and temporary preferences on your device. Local storage is not transmitted to servers with every request (unlike cookies) but functions similarly for persistent preference storage.
You can clear localStorage through your browser's developer tools or by clearing your browser's site data for relynk.org.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, the services we provide, or applicable law. When we make material changes to this policy:
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our cookie practices. Your continued use of our website after any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
